The MTFR just cleared a MVA with confinement on Spring Valley Rd. We had a jeep on its side with the driver confined by the seat belt. Muhl police confirmed the entrapment prior to our arrival and command added E13 from Laureldale to assist. Crews arrived folded the roof providing access to the driver and they were removed and placed into the care of Muhlenberg EMS.
