This morning around 9am the MTFR was dispatched to the area of Bernhart Avenue and Jefferson Street in Muhlenberg Township for a vehicle fire. Crews arrived on scene with a working engine compartment fire. A single handline was deployed and the fire was knocked down within a few minutes. MTFR crews were on scene for approximately 45 minutes until the vehicle was removed by the tow company. We were assisted by the Muhlenberg Township Police Department.
