Covid-19 claims yet another First Responder. This time it has taken the life of Mark “Dewey” Kulp”. Mark worked Engine 7 for the City of Reading and also worked part time at the Penn State Hershey St. Joe’s in their Emergency Department. We have members past and present who worked in the city with him as well as members within the EMS division who got to see him in the ED.
For those who had the opportunity to know him, you’d know how awesome he really was. Always smiling, joking and constantly looking to help wherever he can. Just another example of a life taken way too soon.
RIP Dewey.
