Just after 1pm on 7/5 the structure fire assignment was sent to the Las Vegas Dr area for a reported back of a house on fire. Additional info was given that it was a detached garage. Deputy 66-1 arrived with a working fire in a 1 1/2 story one car detached garage. E66 arrived stretched 1 line and they secured their own water supply with the help of the EMS crew. The fire was quickly knocked down and the crews had some extensive overhaul operations. We were clear within 2 hours.
