MTFR was dispatched to Rt 12 EB between North 11th Street and Spring Valley Road for a reported vehicle fire. Crews advised there were reports of flames from the engine compartment. Crews arrived and went in service w/ Eng 66-1. Members accessed the engine and found the fire was out but had significant fire damage. We wet the area down and secured the power. Crews were released by Deputy 66-4.
