In the morning of Tuesday August 3rd, the MTFR (Reascue 66) was dispatched along with stations 30 & 29 to assist Station 55 (Greenfields) with an auto accident with multiple trapped and injured on Rt 183 in Bern Twp. EMS units from 670 & 650 also responded. We arrived with all units in operation. We went in service with our tools and manpower assisting EMS to get access to the patient’s. Crews worked for an extensive amount of time to get all x3 patients freed and to the local Trauma Center.
Special request for E66 and E64 for manpower about a 1/2 hour into the incident.
